Warranty Replacement Policy

Electrical products are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of delivery.
If the customer has purchased the optional 1-year extended warranty, coverage is extended to a total of 3 years.

If any electrical component of the product is found to be defective within the warranty period, a new replacement unit will be provided at no additional cost.


Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Physical damage to the product

  • Wear and tear resulting from normal use

  • Malfunctions caused by improper, incorrect, or negligent use


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty replacement, please contact us at: info@epicmarketstore.com

You will receive an automatic reply. Kindly respond to that email with a video clearly showing the issue, such as the product being powered on, charging, or connected.

If you’re unable to demonstrate the issue via video, we may ask you to return the item for inspection at our warehouse.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

Only claims that fully meet the conditions listed above will be eligible for warranty replacement.
